You may browse and purchase for lawful purposes only.
Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Site.
We may change, suspend, or end any part of the Site or services at any time.
Your order is an offer to buy; order confirmation email ≠ acceptance.
We accept your order when we dispatch it and send a delivery notification.
If an item is unavailable, we may cancel or suggest alternatives and refund where applicable.
Prices are shown in SGD and may change without notice.
Payment is taken securely at checkout (cards, wallets, PayNow—see Payments & Refunds).
If a pricing error occurs, we’ll contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel and refund.
To meet delivery timelines, components may be substituted with equal or higher-value items in a similar style/colourway.
Minor variations in colour, textures, or packaging can occur due to artisanal production and lighting.
Delivery options, windows, surcharges, special-zone fees, and self-collection are described on Delivery Info.
One order delivers to one address. Multiple addresses require separate orders (or an offline consolidated arrangement).
Risk in the goods passes on successful delivery/collection.
If details provided are inaccurate (address, access, contact), or the recipient is unreachable, the driver may not complete delivery.
Redelivery fees apply for rescheduling to the next available slot.
Perishable items and opened hampers can’t be returned for safety reasons.
Report damage, missing, or incorrect items within 24 hours with photos; we’ll prioritise replacement, partial refund, or store credit.
Advance cancellation windows and admin fees are set out in Payments & Refunds.
One promotion/code per order unless stated otherwise.
Codes/credits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
If you refund an order with a promotion, any refund is net of discounts; free gifts must be returned where applicable.
Branded cards, sleeves, or customised contents may have MOQs and longer lead times.
Customised/personalised orders are non-cancellable once production begins.
All content (text, images, logos, designs) on the Site is owned by Regalia or our licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, frame, scrape, or use our content without written permission.
Be respectful; do not post unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or infringing content.
By submitting content (e.g., reviews), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in marketing and on the Site.
We handle personal data under Singapore’s PDPA.

We provide the Site and services “as is” and “as available.”
While we aim for accuracy and punctual delivery, we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or perfect timing in all circumstances (traffic, building access, peak periods).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that order.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses (e.g., loss of profits, goodwill, or business opportunities).
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, strikes, outages, regulatory restrictions, pandemics).
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
