Payments

  • Accepted methods: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayNow (contact us for Paynow)

  • Currency: All prices in SGD, inclusive of prevailing taxes unless stated.

  • Authorisation: Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorisation.

  • Invoices: E-mailed automatically after checkout (corporate invoicing available on request).

Pricing & Substitutions

  • Live availability: Some artisanal items (cookies, or wine, etc) or florals may vary by season.
    If a component is unavailable, we may substitute with equal or higher value in the same design language.

  • Photos vs. reality: Minor colour/size variations can occur due to production and lighting.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We start preparing fresh components quickly—please request changes early.

  • ≥72 hours before delivery: Full refund to original payment, less a 3% admin/processing fee.

  • 48–72 hours: 50% refund or 100% store credit.

  • <48 hours: Materials and schedules are committed — non-cancellable.
    (You may reschedule the delivery date where possible; fees may apply.)

  • Personalised / custom-branded orders: Non-cancellable once production begins.

Returns & Refunds

For food safety and quality control, we do not accept returns of perishable goods (cookies, chocolates, fresh florals) or opened hampers.

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 24 hours with your order number + clear photos.

  • After review, we’ll offer a priority replacement, partial refund, or store credit—whichever resolves the issue fastest.

  • If delivery fails due to inaccurate address/building access/unreachable recipient, redelivery fees apply (see Delivery Info).

Promotional Codes & Credits

  • One code per order unless stated.

  • Codes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not convertible to cash.

  • If an order purchased with a promo code is refunded, value is returned net of the discount; free gifts must be returned if applicable.

Every hamper is assembled by hand and sealed for transit. We stand by our craft—if something isn’t right, tell us and we’ll make it right quickly and fairly.
