We aim to deliver within your selected window. During peak seasons, please allow for traffic and building access variations.

Kindly arrive within your chosen slot and present your order confirmation. If someone is collecting on your behalf, a screenshot of the order confirmation is sufficient.

Late-Night / Early-Morning (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM): +$35

High-demand seasons (e.g., week of Christmas, Chinese New Year, Valentine’s)
We deliver island wide, every day. The following zones carry a special access fee due to security and entry requirements:
Tuas, Sentosa, Jurong Island, Changi Airport: +$30 per order
Deliveries operate Mondays to Sundays, including Public Holidays, except:
Chinese New Year (Day 1 & 2) and Christmas Day (25 December).
You can select your preferred delivery date during checkout.
If a delivery fails due to incomplete or inaccurate details (e.g., wrong address, unreachable recipient, missing unit access), a re-delivery fee will apply.
Please double-check address, company/building access, unit number, contact, and recipient name before placing your order.
Corporate / Office Deliveries: Include company name, level/unit, and any security instructions.
Condo / Gated Estates: Add guardhouse details or drop-off instructions if recipients are not home.
Recipient Unavailable: Our driver will attempt to call. If we cannot complete delivery safely, we’ll arrange a redelivery (fees apply).
Can I ship one order to multiple addresses?
Each order goes to one address. For multiple recipients, place separate orders or contact us to consolidate an offline bulk order.
Do you deliver on weekends and Public Holidays?
Yes—daily, including Public Holidays, except CNY Day 1 & 2 and 25 December. Peak PH surcharge: +$10.
How do late-night/early-morning deliveries work?
Requests between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM incur +$25.
Can I guarantee an exact hour?
Choose our 1-hour express window (+$20, subject to availability). Otherwise, select one of the three daily time slots.
What if my recipient isn’t home?
We’ll call the recipient. If we cannot complete the delivery safely, we’ll reschedule a redelivery (fees apply).
